How It Works Questions

Answers to the questions that come up most when people are figuring out how this works.

Once your account is set up, you submit tasks directly through your client board. You add the task, set the priority and we take it from there. There is no back-and-forth needed to get work started — just submit and we begin working through your queue.

Your task moves through a clear workflow — from submission to in progress, through revision if needed, then to approval and completion. You can see exactly where things stand at every step, so nothing gets lost and you are never left wondering what is happening.

Turnaround time depends on your plan and the complexity of the task. Basic plan tasks are completed within one to seven days. Pro plan tasks are prioritized at one to five days. Elite plan tasks receive VIP priority at one to three days.

When a task is delivered, you can approve it or send it back for revisions. Revision requests move into their own stage on the board so they stay organized and do not get mixed in with new work. We keep revising until you are satisfied before marking the task complete.

Yes. You can add as many tasks to your queue as you need. We work through them one at a time based on your priority order, so the most important work always moves first. As soon as one task is complete, the next one in the queue starts automatically.

Most clients see ten to twelve completed tasks in a typical month depending on the size and complexity of each request. Smaller tasks like graphics or page edits move quickly, while larger builds like automation workflows or landing pages take more time. The key is keeping your queue full so work never stalls.

Yes. If your workload slows down or you temporarily do not need active support, you can pause your subscription at any time. Billing stops and your remaining time is preserved. When you are ready to continue, simply resume and pick up right where you left off. If we host your website, the hosting fee continues during the pause to keep your site online and secure.

The scope is broad. Common requests include marketing graphics, website updates and builds, CRM setup, automation workflows, email campaigns, landing pages, brand design and social media assets. If it supports your business and moves things forward, it is worth submitting. If we are not the right fit for a specific request, we will let you know.

No. All plans are month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel at any time without penalties or complicated terms. You stay because the work is getting done.
